To open a new account, stop by our office at 4226 Avenida Cochise, Suite 13. We have an application (billing agreement) that is required before any service agreement is established. You may also choose to use our web form to request an account. A company representative will then contact you to confirm the application.
A security deposit is required when applying for service online.
Deposits:
A $75.00 security deposit is required. The security deposit will be refunded to you with 6% interest after 12 consecutive months of service with no more than one late payment.
However, the security deposit can be waived if you meet one of the following criteria ( If applied, Please contact us for further information):
- You have an established good credit history with Pueblo del Sol Water Company.
- You have a current letter of guarantee from another utility, with whom you had a year or more of service with no delinquent payments for 12 consecutive months.
You may be required to pay a security deposit at a later date, if you have developed an unsatisfactory credit history with Pueblo del Sol Water Company or if your service has been shut-off for non-payment on a delinquent account.
A $10.00 non-refundable establishment fee is also required when applying for service.
To change the date on any existing requests for service, you must contact our office by telephone at least one business day in advance.
